Refund and Returns Policy

At Quilt Supplies For U, we are committed satisfying you – our customer. All orders are inspected twice before shipping; however, we will gladly refund, or replace, any incorrect or defective item. This is provided that you return the item(s) in the same state in which you received them. They must not have been washed or cut; no cigarette or other odors, etc. Please inspect your order upon receipt, as returns MUST be received within 30 days of the shipping date of your order. Patterns and Books are NOT returnable. All sales that are considered CLEARANCE and all SPECIAL ORDERS are FINAL; No returns will be authorized for those items.

  1.   Incorrect or Defective Items:

We stand by the high quality of our products and service. If we have made a mistake in your order, or if you receive a defective item, we will gladly issue you a full refund or replacement upon receipt and verification of the item.

  1. Changed your mind?:

If you receive an item and decide you don’t want it after all, you may return it and we will credit you for the cost of the item (shipping not included). If it is a cut-to-order piece, we charge a restocking fee of 10 to 15% depending on the size of the cut. The simple reason for this policy is that once an item is cut, it is difficult to resell. On pre-packaged items, there may be a re-stocking fee, provided that the package hasn’t been opened. We go to great lengths to give either an image and/or a description that will accurately describe the product, so our customers will get exactly what they want.

 

We are not able to accept returns for Patterns due to Copyright laws.
